Petersburg Mysterious Marker Solved!

You might remember the entry I made about the mysterious marker I found at the battlefield of Petersburg.



Scott Williams of Chesterfield County Environmental Engineering contacted me to say that it was a marker left over from an aerial survey that was done.

Many thanks to him, and it's nice to know this kind of stuff.

He tipped me off to some more sites worth checking out too, so look for them in future blog postings!
